The Technical Committee
The main task of the Technical Committee is to create and modify the technical rules and to introduce and evaluate new disciplines.
The members of the Technical Committee are as follows:

The Adjudicators’ Committee
The main task of the Adjudicators’ Committee is to manage the issues concerning the Adjudicators and adjudicating.
The members of the Adjudicators’ Committee are as follows:

• The Adjudicators’ Co-ordinator – Mr Bartolo Dell’Aiera (Italy)
• The Adjudicators (one from each member country)

The Marketing Committee
The main tasks of the Marketing Committee are as follows:
• To review marketing needs and objectives in line with the IDF’s mission/goals
• To recommend marketing activities
• To consult with the IDF members, particularly the Members of the Presidium, on the necessary co-ordination of marketing and operational activities
• To review marketing activities and campaigns for their effectiveness and their value for money
• To monitor use of the marketing budget
• To recommend the formation of working groups, or constitute its members into working groups, as necessary to undertake specific tasks relating to the above tasks

• New Technical Booklet (for the Mini age group only) as well as modifications to the rules where the Technical Booklet applies to be presented;
• New Belly Dance rules to be presented;

• Fantasy Show rules to be discussed (issue from the Meeting in January 2011 concerning stage decorations entry & exit time restrictions);
• Changes to the number of acrobatic elements required in Disco Freestyle and Free Show to be discussed and possibly approved; reduction of obligatory acrobatic elements from 5 to 3 in Disco Freestyle and from 5 to 4 in Free Show to be proposed;
• New rules to be discussed and approved;
• New structure of the IDF Adjudicators’ exams and refresher courses to be presented (Technical and Adjudicators’ Committees joined meeting);

• Discussions over the new structure of the IDF Adjudicators’ exams and refresher courses to be continued, if necessary (Technical and Adjudicators’ Committees joined meeting);
• DVD material from the last World Championship to be analysed; some adjudicators’ mistakes to be watched and discussed;
• Adjudicators’ conduct during the latest World Championship to be discussed;
• Decision regaring sanctions for the Adjudicators in case the Code of Conduct is infringed to be taken (the proposal to be accepted by the IDF Presidium);
• Adjudicator’s Personal Technical Card to be proposed (the proposal to be accepted by the IDF Presidium;)
• The possibility for the external adjudicators to be involved in the World Championship to be discussed (the proposal to be accepted by the IDF Presidium);
