The next IDF General Meeting to take place at the end of November in Yalta, Crimea in Ukraine.

On Saturday 26th November 2011 Yalta – a stunning seaside resort in Crimea, Ukraine will be hosting the IDF most important assembly of the year – General Meeting 2012. Once again Presidents and representatives of the Worldwide National Dance Sport Organisations will gather together to discuss the most vital issues concerning the future and development of the International Dance Federation.  


The event will be held at the Yalta Intourist Hotel.  In order to participate in the event all the members of the IDF Presidium as well as all the National Organisations Presidents are kindly requested to provide the following information:


-    List of participants
-    Hotel rooms required

The information should be sent to leandro.senesi@idfdance.com no later than on Sunday 6th November.


All the participants who require an official invitation are requested to confirm their attendance as soon as possible in order to proceed with visa procedures.


The Ukrainian Federation has kindly agreed to offer free two nights’ accommodation and boarding as well as free transport to and from Simferopol Airport to Yalta for all the members of the IDF Presidium as well as the Presidents of the affiliated National Organisations.


The costs for the other guests and/or the new organisations interested in joining our Federation are as follows;


- Single room: € 45,00 per night
- Double room: € 55,00 per night
- Breakfast: Included
- Lunch: € 17,00
- Dinner: € 19,00


In case the confirmation of attendance has not been received by Sunday 6th November 2011 the National Organisation will be considered as unable to take part.


Location
Yalta is located in Crimea, southern Ukraine, on the north coast of the Black Sea.


Transport
Yalta’s closest airport is Simferopol serving many national and international destinations including Kiev, Moscow and Istanbul. On arrival to Simferopol the participants will be provided with free transport to the hotel.

•    Proposal to increase the number of dancers from each country to participate in the World Championship and to give an organiser a possibility to enter unlimited number of participants;
•    Proposal to host the General Meeting by the organiser of the following World Championship;
•    Proposal to introduce obligation for the annual membership fees and Technical Cards to be paid only and excslusively via bank transfer to the IDF account;
•    Decision regarding the future of the World Championship in Dance; possible verification of the entry fees and the obligation for participants to book their accommodation via organiser;
